Starting over, yet again... *sigh*
Having two young children and a full time job will do that to you. But enough with the excuses.
I'm going to start off by cleaning up my diet. This means less crappy foods and more fruits, veggies and water. I will allow myself treats, but will rely less on them than before. I'm not going to worry about calorie count just now, I'll adjust that as I go along. This journal will serve more as a log to keep track in print (and visually) of what I put in my mouth.
Crossing my fingers that this time it sticks.
