Busy Monday and I already had to drop off the car and walk back home this morning. Good for my steps, but means I’ll be working a little longer today. Good news is that the blob is staying down, muscle holding and i still need to drink more water. That was only ~3600 steps for about a mile. Even though the clouds are lurking, it did not rain on me. Much appreciated by me. Onwards!
