blob down, muscle up, water up. not surprising since I went through a ton of water yesterday with it being so hot. it's hot and humid already this morning. I walked outside to have my coffee and nope, not happening. all the fans in the house are on, I know they don't cool a room, but I have no intent of going outside except to swim or play in the pool.
I need to finish logging my food from last night. wasn't hungry initially, but did eat a mini supper much later. we had movie night, finally finished the night manager after some three months of interruptive chaos in our collective lives. I loved Hugh Laurie as a dark character. he's just so believable. too bad it's unlikely to have another installment any time soon. did my running around at Costco prior to the holiday weekend. now to figure out how to amuse myself in the house while the heat goes on... the heat goes on...
