Played with heavy things and scooted around the house last night. worked a long day, gonna do it again, most likely. Busy, keeping it short. I like how eating fish on the weekends affects the balance of things. it's interesting. had fish for dinner last night as well, the other half of my Sunday dinner halibut. puppy class tonight.

muscle up, blob back down. water intake is better although I wish I knew that three or four coffees was something I could so on these cold grey days.
