Slow walk with my girls last night, 2.5 miles. My computer is being stupid slow this morning. No idea what's up there, probably need to reset modem and all that nonsense. will figure it out at some point. 6AM call this morning. love those first thing on a Monday. Stomach still a little off, drinking coffee anyways.
Think this is definitely a press on, press on, kinda day. all you can do is push forward.

it's a funny thing, all my dogs act younger than they are because we walk so much, so it's hard to remember he's a senior, especially because he's a young acting dog. and not exercising is also hard for him which is why we have to medicate him.

shir, I think I had a bout of food poisoning. it wasn't the fish, but something got my stomach good. better today. that's where the loss came from. three pounds of water weight in there as well.
