Honestly surprised that water and muscle are so low this morning. that said, good enough. more work to do. I guess the next goal is to hit 950 at some point. new paddles should be here in a few weeks, they should slow me down as they will have substantially more surface area and provide more resistance. will need to ease into them, don't want to mess up my shoulders.
