day 12, got heart up to 152 again with an average of 135 even though I was breathing hard. 11 minutes in cardio. all good! swimming today even if the crazy winds come, it's been too long. blob up a notch, muscle down, water holding. didn't manage to escape for a walk, worked too long. if it warms up, I'll swim for lunch. fantastic way to break up a workday. couple shots from my walk and class on Tuesday. I'm trying to capture more images since we have a tree blight taking out all the canary palms and progress is eating up old structures.
