this is fine. very erratic diet last two days, BF brought dinner over last night. absolutely no exercise other than fidgeting in the car for hours waiting in parking lot at vet. there's still a sourdough jack in the fridge from Friday, completely untouched. will probably give it to the dogs. on the path back to normal today. think I'm going to hire someone to come in and clear some of the brush in the yard that's harder for me to get to. gotta figure out how to pay for that and everything else though. we'll get there. just need to figure it out.

just got back from driving to the park. it was the right call, he's happy but out of it. no squirrels were in danger today.
