Katsolo's Logboek, 30 okt 21

Pizza and adult beverage weight this morning. Meandering route last night, came in at 2.57 miles. Got invited to sit down and have a beer with some folks, hung out for a little bit in the courtyard since I had dogs with me. South Park is back, baby. These are the people I love about this place. Came home for cauliflower pizza and bubbles. Seriously contemplated eating the whole pizza - this is what alcohol can do to me. Didn't do it. Half is still in the fridge. NSV for sure right there even with the bump up. Now that things are open, I may revert to my two slices and a soda from my beloved, Pizzeria Luigi's. Don't worry, I'm fairly sure BF cheats on me sometimes and goes there without me, too.

Did not realize that the weather was going to change drastically for the weekend. I was thinking our extended summer would keep going. Nope, it's cold today, doubt we'll even hit 70, but we'll keep moving. I have been playing with some weights while on the long calls (the ones without video). My goal today is to clear a camera space in the office and have it look less like the converted garage that it is. I had forgotten that the corporate types would have bookcases and whatnot in their backgrounds. We don't have the fancy background option and it would probably glitch on me anyways. Hate that I even have to think about this stuff, but at least I'm aware of it. Boring. I'd rather take the laptop into the pool. That would be memorable.

And now, the numbers. First thought this morning was "oh, fluc(tuation)," but actually, it's okay. Been walking, been playing, with the exception of the Wednesday night crash, I'm doing pretty good for still having serious coughing fits. I have to remember that. Water is good, muscle is good, blob is stubbornly holding. Going to have to be mindful the next couple of days, Sunday lunch excepted since we have plans.

Going to break up the last of the Halloween pics into two last batches today and tomorrow. Lots of scary skeletons, spiders, zombies and werewolves. These are neighborhood houses. South Park is an historic district, and has come back from the dead and is flourishing the past few years. My own spooky plans include a projection of dancing skeletons onto the wall during trick or treating hours and streaming scary sounds via BT to a speaker on the roof unless it's raining.
