Pizza weight. Will be gone tomorrow. I also ate that quiche, so probably more sodium in my life than normal. Somehow my journal got lost when I tried to upload earlier and none of my tricks worked to recover it. Such is life.

No formal workout yesterday, took the dogs to the park early and ran around with them for an hour before class. I looked stupid, had fun. Class was good and our numbers are growing again. 6 actual puppies! So adorable.
