So much disappointed with my process this time. I'm following a diet of 1200 calories , drinking plenty of water, walking , and eating healthy but my body still not responding positively so .. ANY TIPS? 🤔
67 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 12 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Misschien wat meer eten? Als je te weinig eet gaat je lichaam op spaarstand. Wat het ook kan zijn is dat je gewoon meer spiermassa krijgt en spieren wegen zwaarder dan vet.

Thank you Amélie my last diet was 1000 calories and I lost weight perfectly , so I am not sure that this the reason, but it could be gaining muscle instead of fat . I am also concerned about my sleeping hours, it could be also a reason to not lose weight. I don't sleep much at night with my newborn baby, and I try to make it during the day but it doesn't seem that it's working

Sleep is very important indeed but you can also integrate the intermittend fasting ?

I've heard before about fasting but never tried. Thanks to you I took a look now and there are many methods to fast . I am going to try the 16/8 method, hopefully it works for me . Thanks alot for your suggestion 😍
