Katsolo's Logboek, 14 dec 20

It's raining this morning and there was little to no warning. Always funny when that happens here.

Walked and swam yesterday, thought I had a better swim than the numbers say, but I swam and that's what matters. Pool was great, getting out was cold. 672 strokes (I counted 750) 10.2 METs, 18 minutes in peak. BF and I walked the dogs in lieu of going out and doing something for lunch or dinner.

I'm a little surprised this overall weight has held for three days solid, but okay with the mix since the blob is falling slightly and the lean mass is what's up. I never stay solid, always fluctuate. I have a lone piece of pizza left, and that will be the end of it for a while, I think. It was a fun affair while it lasted. Dinner. Have veggies on tap for more greenness starting at lunch.

Met my burn goal 6/7 times last week despite the slump. Pulled the treadmill out into the family room so I can jump on it without a production.
