Interesting. I don't think bone mass actually went up, but muscle holding. 9/17 swims in August to date. Need 11 more for 20 in August.
Good swim last night, new fins, worked on long pulls, so fewer strokes but still 809 with 10.5 METs which means I was working, heart rate right at 140, all in cardio zone. Bands after but forgot to turn on watch somehow. No biggie, remembered to do it for swim.
Happy Monday. Onward.

Well done on the swimming and exercising. I'm sure that as long as you exercise the muscle mass will not go down regardless of what the scale says.

The new fins are slightly different in design than the old ones, but the same overall size. I did run around in a swimsuit almost all day today even though I was working. it was just too hot. Obviously no video calls today. I did bands in the house, no crab walk last night. I will get to it again tonight. 🦀

I have dreams of a monofin one day, but they’re ridiculously expensive right now. Maybe next year. They have one that is painted like a mermaid tail, but i think that one is for kids.
