I had a really excellent swim last night despite forgetting to turn my watch all the way on, it did what it was supposed to and started on its own. 816 strokes, 10.6 METs (I knew it was high, I was feeling very strong) and heart rate in upper 140s. So there.
Muscle mass is holding overall, if I can get it to 92 and hold it for a couple weeks, it'll be real, I'd be thrilled. Blob is down, I'm wearing a form fitting dress this morning, and it looks good. I feel good and I feel strong. In weird news that I can't talk about IRL, I have to deal with the aftermath of a very strange call from a colleague last night. Ugh. Just awkward. I was nice but firm, I guess quarantine is getting to a lot of people in different ways because I didn't see this one coming at all. all good, all good, press on ahead. yes, I absolutely compartmentalize things - it works for me.

Sounds like you are doing great! Excellent job! Does you bf swim? Dying to know all the phone details. 😁 I hate talking on the phone with anyone who doesn't get my cues when it's time to hang up. Awkward silence is the worst.

DP, I am doing well overall. I'm tracking and I'm getting better at stuff. I hardly even noticed the 40% reduction in air yesterday which is pretty cool, I need to hold my breath and see if I'm up to two minutes yet. I love all these devices that let me track my progress over time because, honestly, I forget where I came from and tend to focus on the now, which is why you hear me grumbling about a bad swim. I want to do better. Against myself. BF doesn't really swim and thinks the whole concept of skiing is crazy (these are my two favorite things), but he will walk the dogs with me and will hang out in the bubbles. Good thing he makes me laugh.
The call was a drunken mess of a call. I didn't realize it at first because I'm generally clueless about things, but even I figured it out. I'm going back to never answering the phone after dark except for BF and family. Just makes life easier.

👍🏼 I love to swim but not for exercise- just for fun to be in the water and I have never skied. (that spelling seems weird but I asked google) :) I have no choice but to answer my phone because it's my work phone. Luckily I can't recall any odd calls- though I do get the occasional recording that is all in Chinese. Very odd.
