i am not too worried about this uptick. had two rounds of chinese food and a lot of carbs this week due to leftover mac and cheese. overall i am lifting heavier, my belly appears to be shrinking, and i know these readings can fluctuate wildly.
78,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
